Why have they not identified Jorge Castillo as a BHB victim?

Presumably Jorge Castillo's body was among the trash bags brought up. Because the police were convinced that he murdered his wife then fled, wouldn't finding his body pique their interest? So why no more mention of Jorge Castillo?
