| Episode: "Dexter" Victim name: Mike Donovan Age/Occupation: 42/Church Choir Master Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Dexter waited for Donovan after a choir performance in Donovan's Ford Taurus. When Donovan entered the car, Dexter emerged from the shadows of the backseat and choked Donovan with a garrotte wire, ordering him to drive to a house in the outskirts of Miami. There, Dexter forced Donovan to look at the bodies of the young boys he had brutally slain. Then Dexter used a syringe to sedate him. Why victim deserves it: He raped and killed young children. Victim's victims: Young children Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter dug up the bodies of the kids underneath a house rented to Donovan, showing him what he has done and then injects him. Used plastic sheets and garbage bags to cover the room. Plastic wrapped Donovan to table in center of room. Using a hand saw he cuts off his head as Donovan is screaming. Victim's last words: "I couldn't help myself, I couldn't please you have to understand" Dexter's last words to victim: "Soon you'll be packed into a few neatly wrapped heftys and my own small corner of the world will be a neater, happier place. Dexter breaks into his home and finds a fetish website, Scream ***** Scream, that Jaworski frequents. He views an online video that positively identifies Jaworski (by his tattoo) and his victim. Why victim deserves it: Killed at least one woman in a snuff film, was arrested but freed on a faulty search warrant. Victim's victims: Jane Saunders, mother of two small boys Dexter's kill methods and rituals:Lured him with a photo of Jane Saunders, Dexter with his face wrapped with plastic wrap sneaks up behind him and injects him. Jaworski is duct taped to rubber-sheeted table, Dexter takes his blood slide, they talk, and Dexter uses a cleaver to cut him up. Victim's last words: " Ok, I did her...in a movie, a snuff film, but I'm not sorry." | Episode: "Crocodile" Victim name: Matt Chambers Age/Occupation: 35/Unemployed Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Dexter continued to sit in on Chambers' trial, watching Chambers hide behind a mask of empathy and sympathy for his addiction and recovery. Chambers used his AA sponsor to vouch for his false recovery. But after Chambers was found not guilty, Dexter overheard him talking to his lawyer about having beat the system. Dexter trailed Chambers to a sports bar where he found him drinking, (clearly not recovered) and got some face-time, where he learned that Chambers moves from place to place. He also pocketed Chambers' drinking glass. Why victim deserves it: Chambers repeatedly drives drunk, and uses the pretense of AA recovery to get a lesser sentence. After fulfilling his decreased sentence, Chambers moves from city to city, changing his name to avoid further prosecution. Chambers is clearly not recovered. In each city, he repeats his bad behavior without remorse. Victim's victims:Alexander Pryce (18) and at least two to three more from other towns where he had already been and changed his name. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Abandoned Liquor Store. Covered in plastic. Laptop played footage of Alexander Pryce's last Christmas. Walls lined with news clippings of New Mexico and Massachusetts victims. Dester takes his blood slide and stabs him in the chest and chops him up. Dexter broke into Mary's house and ambushed her, sticking her with a syringe, like the one she used on his father. (This is the origin of Dexter's syringe technique.) Why victim deserves it: She over-medicates her patients with morphine eventually killing them by overdose.- Harry's testimony. She was Harry's nurse while he was hospitalized for a heart attack. She administered his morphine and attempted to kill him by overdose. Harry realized what was happening and asked Dexter to 'stop her...before she hurts anyone else.' Harry gave Dexter permission to use the lessons he was taught. Victim's victims: Phoebe Burns (60), Jason Kheel (82), David Nammers (73). Attempted to overdose Harry. She has a photo album full of victims Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Being his first victim he covers everything in plastic. He comes at her with a syringe and she blocks him. They wrestle and he knocks her out with a punch to the face. he has on a full body rain suit and closes the hood over his face and stabs her three times sideways in the chest with a knife. Victim's last words: "I helped them, all of them. I took their pain away." Dexter's last words to victim: "I understand..now it's time to take away your pain." Location of killing: Nurse's apartment Close calls/slip-ups: While striking Mary with the syringe, he doesn't fully eject the contents into her; thus her pulling it out and them getting into a brawl. Also this was Dexter's very first victim, he killed her in her apartment, more of a chance to get caught. |
| Episode:"Love American Style" Victim name: Jorge Castillo Age/Occupation: "Coyote" (human trafficker/extortionist) and junkyard owner Where/how Dexter stalks victim:Dexter goes to the junkyard to look around and Jorge finds him and kicks him out. So Dexter proceeds to go back that night and finds a storage container with mattresses on the ground and buckets for toilets. The next morning the maids husband washes up on the beach. Dexter takes pictures of Jorge's house and new car from his boat while noticing a sticker for the Reef Shore Marina. He finds Jorge's boat in the marina and on it were three cellphones and three dead bodies in the fish keeper. Why victim deserves it:He is a human trafficker who kills any of the individuals who cannot pay for their freedom by drowning them in his boat. Victim's victims: Would-be Cuban immigrants Dexter's kill methods and rituals:He covers an old RV in Jorge's junk yard with plasic, injects Jorge and his wife pulls up and Dexter relizes she is in on it so decides to kill her too. Dexter plastic wraps both to seperate tables.He takes his slide and breaks from his routine to ask them how they make their relationship work when they're killers, just like him. He cuts Jorge up and puts him in garbage bags. Victim's last words: "We share the same dream. That's it" Dexter's last words to victim: "That's...uh helpful. Thank you." He does'nt have time to cut Valerie up so he just wraps her in garbage bag with duct tape. Victim's last words: "We share the same dreams. That's it." Dexter's last words to victim: "That's...uh helpful... Thank you." Location of killing: Inside an RV on Jorge's junkyard. Close calls/slip-ups: Didn't chop her up due to time constraints. This allowed the Ice Truck Killer to recover her body to "see" what Dexter would do under stress. A witness hidden in the trunk of a car who was able to see him, which begins a police investigation into Jorge being a coyote and where the Castillo's ran off to, but in the end the witness identifies the man he saw as Jesus. |

Ends up making a major psychological breakthrough with Dr. Meridian, which allows him to let his guard down and finally have sex with Rita. He sees a camera recording in his office and breaks in that night to finds files on Meridian's computer that show him talking women into suicide. He also manages a major catharsis by confessing that he's a serial killer to Meridian before killing him . Why victim deserves it: He gets female clients addicted to anti-depressants. When their prescriptions run out, he refuses to renew them and instead affirms that their suicidal thoughts are valid, even suggesting that "the brave ones do it with a gun." Three of his high-profile female clients have killed themselves because of his brainwashing. | Episode: "Born Free" Victim name: Rudy Cooper aka Brian Moser Age/Occupation: Late 30's/Prosthetician Where/how Dexter stalks victim: He doesn't really stalk him. Brian Moser has been stalking him. Why victim deserves it: Has senselessly killed prostitutes, maimed Tony Tucci, and kidnapped and attempted to kill Debra Morgan. Victim's victims: At least five prostitutes, man whose car he stole (while kidnapping Debra), and the man he is posing as, the real doctor, his (and Dexter's) biological father, the elderly woman across the street from his father (that thought he was the cable man). Dexter's kill methods and rituals: None of his usual. Slit Brian's throat with a dull table knife, then drained his blood by hanging him upside down (he killed him the same way Rudy/Brian killed his victims) in order to make it look like a suicide. Victim's last words: "You're the one that needs setting free, little brother. Your life is a lie. People you've been...." Dexter's last words to victim: "Sorry, I can't hear anymore. You're right." | Episode: "It's Alive" Victim Name: Jimmy Sensio Age/Occupation: Shop owner and voodoo priest. Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Dexter knew about Jimmy and that he would be Dexter's new next victim as soon as he could escape Doakes for a night. He stalks him in and around his Voodoo Shoppe. Why victim deserves it: Jimmy had been poisoning potions that he sold to the cursed victims with ricin. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Shrink wrap and duct tape, sedation syringe. Victim's last words: "Madolee curses you!" Location of attempted killing: Jimmy's Voodoo Shoppe Close calls/slip-ups: After the priest mumbles some words in Haitian that could have been interpreted as some type of curse, Dexter turns to pick up his knife. When he tried to stab the priest, he missed by a mere inch, striking the knife into the wood next to the priest's head. Dexter mouths the words "what the f***," walks around the table, and says "Let that be a lesson to you" and lets the priest go. | Victim Name:Lil' Chino Age/Occupation:Gang member of the 29th street Kings Where/how Dexter stalks victim: 1st try: The Tattoo Parlor where this certain gang gets their tattoos. He was waiting outside, while Lil' Chino got his next tear drop for the last man he killed. 2nd try: Dexter stalked Chino to a party where other members of his gang was and attempted to assassinate him, but Chino found him said he was waiting for him and attempted to kill Dexter with the aid of other gang members and later spent the night in a storm drain. 3rd try: Dexter thought correctly that Chino would go to kill the snitch and then he trapped Chino in a garage elevator and shot him with a police tranquilizer. Why victim deserves it: Responsible for many killings. Many of his victims were innocent. Victim's victims: He had killed around 13 people. Either he did personally or was somehow involved in initiating the killing. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: He took all of Lil Chino's clothes off and strapped him down to a table that he made by laying a door on a couple of horses. What he strapped him down with was plastic wrap, like usual, but the first time, the plastic wrap wasn't enough and Lil' Chino was able to get away. Second try, he used extra tape that covered his whole body except his face. Dexter had a picture of the one woman's son, her self and the daughter, shes still alive but Dexter says he killed her on the inside. Each of the pictures had a teardrop of blood drawn on it, similar to the teardrops Chino tattoos on his arm after each kill. Victim's last words:"You kill me, what do you leave behind?" Dexter's last words to victim: "A world without you. Look at that, steady as a surgeon." Location of killing: Some where in the parking garage where Chino was planning to kill a kid who snitched on his gang. Close calls/slip-ups: Lil' Chino got loose the first time. Dexter also found it difficult at first to actually kill Lil' Chino but he got over that fast. |
| Episode: "An Inconvenient Lie" Victim name: Roger Hicks Age/Occupation: Car Salesman Where/how Dexter stalks victim: At his car dealership. Takes DNA sample out of his trash can to verify his presence at the crime scenes. Why victim deserves it: Killed at least two different women. Apparently raped and killed them out of a general hatred for women. Victim's victims: Ann Cohen and Lynn Hall. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Brought Roger to one of his crime scenes. Besides that pretty much the usual, plastic chamber, framed pictures of victims, plastic wrap.Slams a knife in victim's chest when he in his last words calls Rita a c***. Victim's last words: She is not worth it, you're better of without that c***! Dexter's last words to victim: Don't! ...talk that way about my girlfriend. Location of killing: Anne Cohen's house. Close calls/slip-ups: Using a recent crime scene he had not been to could be considered. Also Dexter bought a car from his victim which could potentially make him a suspect if the body was ever found which is unlikely though. | Episode:"Dex, Lies & Videotape" Victim Name:Ken Olson Age/Occupation:33/unemployed Where/how Dexter stalks victim: He was a suspect in a assault on John Henry. Dexter breaks into his house to find evidence and Olsen comes in so Dexter gets him in a choke hold and gets him to confess to two killings so he chokes him out. Why victim deserves it: He attempted to kill a burglar who hurt his mother, which Dexter was willing to tolerate. However, he also killed people who didn't deserve to die, and to satisfy is own urges. He was also trying to be like the Bay Harbor Butcher. Victim's victims: A drug dealer and the husband of a woman he was sleeping with. He also attempts and fails to kill a robber who severely injured his mother. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: He covers the train car Olsen tried to kill John Henry in with plastic. Dexter, points out that that is how a kill room should look like. they talk and Dexter uses a cleaver to kill him. Dexter who is "recovering" from his murderous urges, does not take a blood sample from Olsen. Also Dexter comes to the conclusion that he doesn't know who he is. Victim's last words: "I knew you weren't going to kill me." Quite ironic. Dexter's last words to victim: "No I'm gonna kill you I have to, I just don't need to... It's very empowering." Location of killing: A train car Ken had tried to kill John Henry in. Close calls/slip-ups: It wasn't a slip up but Dexter left the body, in pieces, in a garbage bag for the police to find. He did this as an example for the other people who try to take the law into their own hands. He also left it at a recent crime scene he had worked a day or two before, which was smart it a way, because any foot prints or evidence of him found could be attributed to his working of the earlier crime scene. |
| Episode: "Morning Comes" Victim name:Santos Jimenez Age/Occupation: Old/bartender Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Dexter goes to Jimenez’s bar to tell him his feelings (Lila’s idea) about him murdering his mother and when that does not work he precedes to kick his A**. With a knife to his throat Jimenez tells Dexter that the reason she was killed was because they found out she was a snitch and she was sleeping with the cop (Harry). Lila interrupts with a phone call and convinces him not to use (kill in Dexter’s case) Jimenez came after Dexter with a knife after a bowling game with the guys and Lila (Dexter later finds out that Lila called him.) Dexter waits for him outside of his bar, The Swamp, and then follows him to a cabin in the everglades looks through the window and sees Jimenez with bricks of cocaine. He turns on Jimenez’s car so the radio draws him out and then injects him with a needle. Why victim deserves it: He killed Dexter's mother in front of Dexter and his brother. Victim's victims: Dexter's mother. Plus probably a lot more as he worked for the mob. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter covers Jimenez’s cabin with plastic and has him plastic wrapped to a table in the middle of the room. He takes his blood slide and right before killing him he duct taped his mouth shut, used a chainsaw to represent the way his mother was killed. Victim's last words: "I'll f******* kill you." Dexter's last words to victim: "It's kinda fitting don't you think?" Referring to the chainsaw in his hand (Jimenez killed his mother with a chainsaw). Location of killing: An isolated cabin in the Everglades. Close calls/slip-ups: Dexter had to leave the body without disposing of it to respond to Rita's phone call and to confront Lila. Dexter was not wearing any gloves when he was looking through Jimenez's wallet, and he answered his phone with blood on his hands. Later, when Dexter tried to dispose of the body, he is caught by Doakes | Episode: "There's something about Harry" Victim Name: Juan Rinez Age/Occupation:Pimp Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Unknown. Why victim deserves it: He is killing his prostitutes and dumping their bodies. Victim's victims: His prostitutes. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: He covers his fathers garage in plastic and the rest is unknown Victim's last words: Unknown. Dexter's last words to victim: Unknown. Location of killing: Harry's garage. Close calls/slip-ups: One of Dexter's first kills.Harry had walked in and witnessed this killing. Because it was one of Dexter's first kills he may have been sloppy and inexperienced leaving traces of evidence. Also, Harry vomited at the scene, which could have left evidence (though DNA testing was not as prominent back then). |
| Episode: "There's something about Harry" Victim name: Jose Garza, aka Christopher Harlow Age/Occupation: Drug Dealer Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Text message from Jimenez's cellphone. He texts Jose as Jimenez, telling him to meet him outside his bar. Why victim deserves it: He's a drug trafficker and murderer on the run from the FBI connected to Jimenez. Dexter's going to use him as Doakes' final victim. Victim's victims: Unknown. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter covers the cabin in plastic sheeting. He uses a small Hand saw and puts the body parts in plastic bags. Victim's last words: None - he was never brought back to consciousness as Doakes was present. Dexter's last words to victim: Unknown. Location of killing: Jimenez's Cabin in the Everglades. Close calls/slip-ups: Doakes was present at time of killing. Doakes tries to convince Dexter not to do it and to turn him in, and then seems to slip into a state when he sees the blood pour onto the plastic tarp. | Episode:"Left Turn Ahead" Victim Name: Estaban and Chico Age/Occupation: Drug runners who arrive at the cabin, capture an escaping Doakes and are trying to take Jimenez's cocaine. Where/how Dexter stalks victim: He doesn't, they go to Jimenez's cabin holding Doakes hostage. Why victim deserves it: They are going to kill Doakes, he needs to kill them to keep his secrets. Victim's victims: Unknown Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Estaban goes into the cabin and Dexter motions to Doakes to distract Chico. Then goes in and kills Chico and takes his gun. Doakes then throws the cocaine at Chico and dexter shoots him. He dumps their bodies (and the drugs) in the everglades (and says that he just made some very happy Alligators). | Episode:"The British Invasion" Victim Name: Lila West a.k.a. Lila Tournay Age/Occupation: Artist Where/how Dexter stalks victim:Dexter tries to trick Lila into thinking that he is still in love with her. He tells her to pack so they can skip town together. This plan backfires, and Lila kidnaps Astor and Cody to lure Dexter to her apartment. Once he is there, she proceeds to set the apartment on fire while locking the door to prevent Dexter and the kids from exiting. Lila flees to Paris. After surviving Lila's attempt on his life, it is unclear how exactly Dexter finds her whereabouts. He sneaks up on her while she is reading her mail. Why victim deserves it:Killing James Doakes; attempting to kill Dexter, Astor, and Cody.(note: Dexter does not consider Lila's confessed kill of her former boyfriend because Dexter asks Lila if her former boyfriend deserved it and according to what Lila said he did. According to Dexter then Lila did no wrong, initially.) Victim's victims:Sgt. Doakes, Former Boyfriend Dexter's kill methods and rituals:Dexter does not use his traditional rituals, as he does not want this killing linked to anything with the "Bay Harbor Butcher", and also he's in Paris which obviously means he doesn't have the disposal resources he does back home. He does, however, show his victim a picture of the person whose life was taken, in this case Doakes' image was taped to a postcard, as a reminder why Dexter intends to take the victim's life. Single stab through the heart with a knife, then sealed in a body bag. Dexter paralyzes her with a spinal epidural instead of a tranquilizer so that her death will be painless. Victim's last words:"Don't do this" Dexter's last words to victim: "You taught me to accept what I am and to trust in the one thing I know with absolute clarity. Thank you." Location of killing:Lila's apartment in Paris, France Close calls/slip-ups:Initially, Dexter tried to kill Lila in the U.S. at her loft, but Debra showed up nearly getting Dexter's needle instead. After Lila shows up, she relizes Dexter's plans and procures his killing tools as well leaving Dexter vunerable. Lila, however, unknowingly botches her attempt to kill Dexter and flees to Paris. In Paris, Lila's body seems to be left in a bodybag by Dexter but we don't know exactly what he did after. | |

Victim's victims: ??? Dexter's kill methods and rituals: After a struggle, Dexter stabs Oscar in the chest. Victim's last words: "Who are you?" Dexter's last words to victim: "Who are you?" Location of killing: Freebo's living room Close calls/slip-ups: Dexter is intent upon killing Freebo, but walks in on a struggle taking place between Freebo and an unidentified, armed man. Freebo escapes and Dexter is left to fight off a man he assumes to be a drug dealer. In self-defense, Dexter kills the man with the knife meant for Freebo. To his horror, Dexter is left standing over his latest victim, unsure if the kill was justified under "Harry's Code". In the struggle, Dexter accidentally loses a crown filling at the scene. He must show up and find it before other investigators on the scene. Later, Dexter checks on Oscar Prado's record at the police station. He goes home gets them and sneaks up on him and strangles him with a belt. Why victim deserves it: Killed two co-ed girls in the everglades and got off on a state police screw-up. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Freebo is plastic wrapped to a ladder wapped in plastic. Dexter intercepts Prado outside before he could see the kill room and convinces Prado that he only killed Freebo in self-defense. Prado seems very grateful to Dexter since he was there to kill Freebo himself and wasn't sure if he could go through with it. This seems to be a big bonding moment for them. | Episode:"The Lion Sleeps Tonight" Victim name: Nathan Marten Age/Occupation: Photographer and Convicted sexual predator/offender Where/how Dexter stalks victim: At the beach with Rita and the kids Astor spots Nathan taking pictures of the children. The next day Dexter finds Nathan by a children's play area and confronts him. That night Dexter goes to Nathan's house and looks through his windows. Why victim deserves it: He's a convicted sex offender and is ready to strike again. Although he never killed anybody, and he hasn't committed any crimes that he hasn't already paid for in prison, Dexter kills him because he feels that this man threatens "his children" (a first for Dexter). Victim's victims: none Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter breaks into Nathan's house and see him looking at pictures on his computer of Cody and Astor at the beach. He gets really upset and strangles him (not Dexter's usual way-not even a blood slide) While dragging him out he remembers he needs milk for the children and takes it from Nathan's fridge. | Episode: Victim Name: Ethan Turner Age/Occupation: I'd say "black widow" Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Dexter first checks him out at a resort/hobby store and makes casual conversation with him. Once he discovers that Ethan is headed on a cruise to Bimini, Bahamas, he follows him onto the ship. Once onboard, he creeps up on Ethan after he gets out of the shower in his room. Why victim deserves it: According to Miguel Prado, he got away with his first wife's murder by staging it as an overdose of pain meds. Then recently, he got rid of his second wife while on a cruise in International waters where Miguel has no jurisdiction. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter covers Ethan's room on the cruise ship with plastic. Wraps Ethan in plastic and lays him on the floor. Dexter takes his blood slide and since he is not wrapped to anything Dexter has to use his knees to keep him down. He stabs him in the chest cuts him up, wraps in in garbage bags and disposes of him out the porthole in Ethan's room. He also wore disposable booties--the kind surgeons wear in the O.R. Also missing from his usual ritual were pictures of the killer's victims. Victim's last words: "Hey..ugh-" Dexter's last words to victim: "I've been going through some changes myself lately. I'm getting married and I have a baby on the way...ME. Even though my life may never be the same I want to thank you for reminding me how important it is to take time for oneself. Savor these moments alone." Location of killing: In Ethan's room on the cruise ship. Close calls/slip-ups: Dexter "took care" of Ethan just one day after Miguel shared with him the frustration he felt over letting this guy get away. Once Miguel got the news that Ethan went missing, he immediately sensed Dexter was responsible (especially since the Coast Guard couldn't find Dex where he said he'd be). In a way, Miguel had set this up, and Dexter came through for him to finish a job he couldn't legally do himself. Dexter's overzealousness could not be hidden from Miguel. | Episode: Victim Name: Clemson Galt Age/Occupation: Neo-Nazi in prison Where/how Dexter stalks victim: In an elaborate scheme with Miguel, Dexter breaks him out of custody. Why victim deserves it: Killed multiple people. Ran Aryan operations from inside maximum security prison. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: The usual: plastic sheets, plastic wrap, cheek cut, blood slide, etc. Victim's last words: "No. You got me mixed up with somebody else". Location of killing: Inside the abandoned home of a previous victim of Galt's. Close calls/slip-ups: Involving a third party in the killer/killed equation (namely, Miguel Prado) is risky enough as it is. They were almost caught escaping the courthouse. |

Why victim deserves it: She asked him to do it and he felt he owed it to her. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter closes the door to the hospital room and draws the curtains closed. He then injects sodium pentothal into a slice of key lime pie and feeds it to her. Victim's last words: "You finally brought me the perfect pie" and then, "Its good that you did-" (responding to Dex's admission to killing his brother) Location of killing: Camilla's hospice room Close calls/slip-ups: None. | Episode: Victim Name:Billy Fleeter Age/Occupation: Ex-college football player, current gambling enforcer Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Along with Miguel, Dexter follows him around to various sports bars and eventually knocks Billy out in his own home. Why victim deserves it: He killed people to pay off his gambling debts. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter set everything up as he normally would, but then handed the reigns over to Miguel and let him actually do the killing. No blood slide was taken. Victim's last words: 1st) "What the ****?" 2nd) "Who are you?" 3rd and last) "Hey man, I just do what I had to do." Location of killing: A small storage room where broken slot machines were stored. Close calls/slip-ups: Trying to teach Miguel "The Code" proved very difficult and risky as Miguel was prone to cut corners and even tried to take evidence from the kill-room. |

Why victim deserves it: Killed Ellen Wolf and attempted to kill La Guerta. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Usual plastic covered room with Miguel strapped to table. He strangled Miguel though and presumably skins him to pin the murder on King, "The Skinner" Victim's last words: "You're a little freak! You think I'm done with you? You think this ends here? It doesnt!" Location of killing: Ellen Wolf's home. Close calls/slip-ups: None. Dexter's the man. | Episode: "Do you Take Dexter Morgan" Victim name: George King Age/Occupation: Tree Trimmer/ The Skinner Where/how Dexter stalks victim: He doesn't. George King "The Skinner" walks up behind Dexter and knocks him over the head, taking him hostage. Why victim deserves it: Skinned and killed Teagan (Freebo's Girlfriend), Javier (a pimp connected to Freebo), and Wendell Owens (Freebo's doorman). Kidnapped and assulted Anton. Tried to skin and kill Dexter. Victim's victims: Killed Teagan, Javier, and Wendell Owens. Assulted Anton and Dexter. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: The tables are turned and Dexter is tied to a table. While George is going to retrieve his knife to skin and kill Dexter, Dexter flips the table on it's side breaking his hand and setting him free. Dexter is able to subdue George and breaks his neck just as the police are entering the factory. At the perfect time Dexter throws George off the edge and right under the arriving police car. This skins his face (how apropos) and breaks his neck- or so the police think. Victim's last words: " Let's hope your this talkative once I get my tools" Dexter's last words to victim: "Miguel Prado tell you that, he wanted me dead so he used you. He played on your obsession...Probably wasn't too hard, Ha ha ha, you are a little single minded." Location of killing: Old abandoned cigar factory, George's hideout. Close calls/slip-ups: The police show up to arrest George, but Dexter had just finished killing him. Dexter throws George's body over a railing, causing a squad car to hit it. Dexter escapes from the factory undetected and the police believe it was the impact of their car on the Skinner that broke his neck. |

| Episode: "Living the Dream" Victim name: Benito "Benny" Gomez Age/Occupation: Retired Boxer Where/how Dexter stalks victim: Following Quinn's case notes Dexter goes to Tito's bar (a hang out of Benny's) and falls asleep, waking up to a cop. So instead he knocks on Benny's trailer door and injects him before he can react. Why victim deserves it: He bludgeoned a man to death in front of his son. Beat his girlfriend to death. Victim's victims: His girlfriend. A father of two. Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Completely covered the boxing ring in his usual plastic with a table in the middle. Benny is plastic wrapped to the table and Dexter is jealous he gets to sleep. Dexter smells a smelling salt to wake himself up and does a little boxing dance. Takes his blood slide and Rita interrupts with a phone call so Dexter kills Benny quick. Victim's last words:" I know you" Dexter's last words to victim: "I'm the blood guy" & " You've made alot of people very miserable-including me" Location of killing: Del Rubios-A broken down abandoned boxing arena. Close calls/slip-ups: Because Rita calls Dexter, asking him to go to a pharmacy, Dexter kills Benny hastily and hides the body. When Dexter crashes his car due to sleep deprivation, he forgets where the body parts are hidden. He remembers that they are hidden in a punching bag hoisted up to the ceiling when he sees blood dripping onto the boxing arena. | Episode:"Dex Takes a Holiday" Victim name: Zoey Kruger Age/Occupation: Police Officer Where/how Dexter stalks victim: He investigates her past during an open house she was holding to sell her house. He finds a piece of the glove she used to shoot herself and plant blood evidence at her husband and child's murder. She caught on to his investigation and tried to turn the tables on him by threatening him. Dexter then purposely agitated her by pressing forward with his investigation, until she breaks into his house, where th ey struggle breaking his "Dad mug". He sudues her and takes her to her house. Why victim deserves it: She faked a home invasion so that she could kill her husband and daughter; she framed drug dealer, Darius Rey, who later died under fishy circumstances. Victim's victims: Husband, Daughter. Suspected in drug dealer-Darius Rey Dexter's kill methods and rituals: He wraps Zoey's late daughter's bedroom in plastic. Has a baby mobile hanging with her victims pictures. Plastic wraps her to the bed. Takes his blood slide and stabs her in the abdomen. Victim's last words: "You will choose your life over theirs" Dexter's last words to victim: "I don't want to lose them.. i don't.. thats the difference between us!" Location of killing: Zoey's late daughter's bedroom Close calls/slip-ups: Officer Kruger had a friend in the clerk's office notify her that someone had requested her case file. When she discovers that it is Dexter, she tails him in traffic and pulls him over to warn him to back off. |
| Episode: "Slack Tide" Victim name: Jonathan Farrow Age/Occupation: Photographer Where/how Dexter stalks victim: He goes to Farrow's photography studio and finds a trail of blood with luminal that leads to a chipped finger nail. The fingernail belongs to an arm found in a gators stomach. He goes to a club Farrow visits and was going to capture him there, but runs into Quinn (who was following him) so he aborts. Attempt two- he goes to his house and waits for him there while he is suppose to be camping with Cody. Why victim deserves it: Dexter suspected him of killing at least three of his models that he photographed Victim's victims: None Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Dexter uses Farrow's camera flashes to draw him in, sneaks up behind him, and chokes him with a wire. He covers his photography studio in plastic and has his victim's pictures (or so he thought) flashing on the wall. Farrow is plastic wrapped to a lighted table and Dexter takes his blood slide. He uses a butcher knife to chop off his head. Victim's last words: “Because of my pictures, those women will live on forever! Dexter's last words to victim: "Nothing last forever" Location of killing: Farrow's photo studio in his house Close calls/slip-ups: Quinn was following Dexter and saw him stalking Farrow. When Farrow turns up missing Quinn may suspect him. probably the most intriguing kill besides his brother. i love how he doesn't get it right the first time. i also love seeing just how he fights getting such a large animal in place to finally take him out.
