Don't be a sucker. That's the obvious assumption. I have faith that the writers will come up with a more impressive twist for the season's end. If Christine shot Deb (and Lundy) then it would connect to her motivation to write a "hero" story on Deb. But what's the motivation in the first place? Getting the story just isn't good enough, and coming out with a reason at the last minute would make the show as ridiculous as Scooby Doo. It was NEVER possible to solve the mystery because they ALWAYS came up with some detail that was never revealed during the show.

The real shooter is none other than Trinity's wife! Or perhaps one of the kids. What? You had assumed that Trinity kept his night-time activities to himself? No, his wife has known for years. And she knew it was the only way to keep her family together. She saw that Lundy was getting too close and she did what Arthur wasn't capable of. That's why the MO doesn't fit Arthur.

Then again, it would be awesome if it was Rita. I'd love to see that wentch wrapped in plastic.

I think your misguided. That's how good Lila was. As a result of Harry's upbringing I don't think that Dexter is suffering. He dont think he feels lonely. He's fully aware of his condition and has no desire to share it with anyone else. He is content with satisfying his urges through a bit of social clensing. Lila on the other hand was a lonely tortured soul. There was simply no hope for her and we can both agree that she was uncomfortable to watch.

Simply put into laymans terms I think it went down like this:

Lila: I understand you pain and isolation, Dexter, because I suffer the same way. We are soulmates.
Dexter: *****, your crazy. Get the hell away from me.

This idea that Dexter and Lila were meant to be together is a delusion that Lila made up. So... you've been fooled. The writers of the show did a good job. :D"

Like you say Dexter has his rules, does his homework and determines if they are Kill worthy or not. He choses the Bad ones and the ones that are beyond hope of rehabilitation or that have excaped the normal system of punishment.
Lila would kill if it suited her whim. Killig Doakes was not because he deserved to be killed, but because he would get in the way of her ultimate goal. Dexter...
Your posts are great Completely understands the problems I agree with you for the most part. Just do not know what you are coming downon others who are posting. We are all on here to do the same thing. To discuss and undstand Dexter et al.
Lila was not very attractive at all in my book. I think peopleonfuse a littel skin with being hot. If James Belushi went on here naked would he be hot?? I know bad analagy. But Because she was naked she was hot. That is the only way I can see it
