a. To add an image that's on your computer, select the "On my computer" option, and then click on the "Browse" button to navigate to the photo's location on your hard drive.
b. To add an image directly from a website, click on the "Add from URL" button and paste in the complete image URL of your image (example: http://www.wetpaint.com/images/sample.jpg).

4. Type in a title and description of your Fan Art -- include your username as the artist! -- then click “Edit Photo Details."
