Episode summary:
While preparing for his big wedding day, Dexter has to figure out a way to remove Miguel from his life for good. But how does Dexter manage to do this when Miguel is not only a highly placed D.A., but also his Best Man? Rita has troubles of her own, when Syl reveals that Miguel has been seeing one of his old flames. Meanwhile, Debra finds a new clue that brings her even closer to catching the Skinner.

Dexter's kill methods and rituals: Usual plastic covered room with Miguel strapped to table. He strangled Miguel though and presumably skins him to pin the murder on King, "The Skinner"

CLUES TO DEXTER'S PAST
  • Dexter imagines Harry is with him in the trunk as he tries to escape his capture. Harry lets Dexter know he doesn't blame him for wanting a normal life and is actually proud of him.
  • Harry appears to Dexter again after Rita gives Dexter the schedule for the wedding. He has a similar schedule, one on how to kill Miguel. Every answer Dexter gives him, Harry brings up another thing to consider.


  • Debra requests the records of Harry and all his C.I.'s. She may find out it was Dexter's mother who he had an affair with.
