I noticed when one of the cops finds out that Deb is the one who found the Ice Truck he comments that Deb and Dex being Harry Morgan's kids and good cops that "it must be in the genes". So it seems like it's not common knowledge on the force that Dex was adopted.

I don't want to sound to obsessed about it all, but the show kind of does that to you.:)" I would really appreciate knowing where that scene is located, as well! I've obsessively watched Season 2 over and over, but must have memory gaps when it comes to Season 1! Thanks!
