At least for the near future, (maybe all of this season) it is in Dexters favor to befriend Prado. In this scenario Dexter has an inside track on each investigation and can glean clues from Prado.
Although it is slightly risky .....and since when has Dexter avoided risk's?, it is to his advantage to stay close to Prado. Going further out on a limb...perhaps next season, Prado may find that Dexter is a killer and arrange for him to escape in thanks of Dexter killing his brothers killer(even though Dexter was his brothers killer) I love the twist in that.

.....puta fleca mala..... yah yah yah!!! puta fleca mala....
I loved the energy Deb had when she was telling all that Anton wrote that song for her. Even after it was translated she did not give in. She is great.. She will get her shield and with out the help of Yuki.

It surprises me, not just a little, that Deb was unable to understand what Anton was singing in the club (the song dedicated to her). THe words for skanky bitch, including puta, was even for a swedish guy like myself with no latino friends or any language skills except for my native toungue and english, easy to figure out that it was not positive. Deb has a lot of latino friends and I imagine that spanish is a second language in Florida. So, well I just think i's lame..

Anyone know the song that was featured when they were in the club? Sounds like reggae but then again it sounds old.

A quarter of the way through the season and its generally looking all good. Initially I was real hesitant to accept the idea of Dexter as a father, or Miguel Prado and Dexter becoming friends, but I'm starting to come around. I think both these things could make for a great season, its just a shame I don't believe either of them will last (but I could be wrong).
Is it bad that I'm starting to assume Deb will sleep with anybody she meets? I don't know about you, but for me, any scene with Deb in it that doesn't have Dexter, makes me groan. There's always like a flirtatious nature, or sexual tension between her and Quinn, Anton the Informant, and even Yuki. Can't Deb find and date someone that's not related through her work? She'd be much happier that way (and I think this MAY be what the writers are trying to get Deb to do. Expand her horizons). I assumed that the "blood on the shirt" cliff hanger from the last episode would turn to nothing, and we all saw what happened. It was an important scene where Miguel trusted Dexter with the shirt, but nothing came of it in terms of major plot devices or anything. Its interesting to see that although Dexter is seeming to becoming real comfortable and trusting around Miguel, the show is still making him out to be sort of creepy. The music that plays and the things he says leads me to believe he may become obsessed with Dex, almost like a Lila thing. The guy that Dexter killed was an interesting case. I think its still ambiguous as to whether or not he deserved it. As far as we know, it doesn't look like Dexter cut the body up in the usual way. I don't see them returning to this subject next episode. Best part of the episode? Dexter in yoga.
