"I think if Lundy were to find out Dexter was the BHB and he had enough evidence to show this then he wouldn't beat around the bush to protect Deb, he's a real professional and all for the right man going down for the crimes. Lundy is everything Harry wasnt in the sense that Lundy goes the extra mile to make sure he has enough evidence/sound evidence before making hasty decisions that may end up letting the bad guy off tehe hook. Harry seemed to make a lot of those mistakes, and with getting frustrated with this he tried to take the law into his own hands.... by using Dex and his urges. But Lundy is true to the book. If he finds out Dexter is the killer... Dexter will go down. So we don't want that to happen!"
