"I can see Miguel so distraught, The loss of his brother, the other brother having been run out of his job, and just not a very nice person. His wife leaving him, (or kicking him out as it may be) , a questioning Police Lt who was his old flame, Now she is wondering if he had a part in the disappearance of a Lawyer that was bringing charger up against him.
His BFF Dexter now turning on him. (Of course the public does not know this.
Miguel is telling people he is under a lot of pressure. Miguel is not acting like himself. I can see a man under a lot of pressure just taking off.
He wants to go away and start fresh. After all right now he does not have anything. No wife no family, and probably no job. A man can just drop everything and go away. He has left all of his problems behind. He can go to a Spanish speaking country and be a lawyer there. It will not be the same but he will not have all of the prying eyes on him.

Why not just leave and hide out someplace. Yes he will look guilty, but the pressure is gone. He can take a deep breath now he does not have the problems, and now he knows how to kill and get away with it. A few missing people in an under developed country, He can have it all now. And Never Be Caught......

I can see him leaving. Yes a lot of questions will be asked, but after all is out about what he may have done to the 'Lady Lawyer', everyone will go, 'He was sick.....', and life goes on. Dex has doen what he does so well."
I don't see Miguel running away and starting fresh simply because he has made is up the ladder in a major US city, to start from scratch for him would not seem like what he would want to do. He thinks he is invincible and will not need to run away. According to him he has City Hall in his pocket. He has tricked many people, and if anyone, like Maria. start to question him, he probabaly thinks he can smooth-talk his way out of it, or kill that person if it gets too hot.
It would actually be a good plot to have him run away, though. You will never know when a psycho like him will show his ugly head again and you'd always have to be on the look out. (But it would still be more fun to slice and dice him, or maybe just slice and leave him.)

"Good point about the ladies deciding. I have noticed the show has brushed over the wedding details though Has Dexter even purchased a tux? He can't exactly get married in his kill suit though that would make a great dream sequense. lol And, as syl and Rita are basically loners, is a bachorlette party unlikely? Maybe a spa day together the day before instead af6ter a nightof drinks. I guess Deb, Laguarta and Syl would make a tiny b party. Does Dexter dance? I haven't seen practicing or a dance lesson planned and what favorite song of theirs will they dance to? Plus, where is Rita's mom in all of thiis? The wedding MUST be next season, or Rita gets cheated on the details. lol"
If they are going to get married, I hope the just get it over with. No long drawn out wedding plans or anything. (Pan across the pews; pan to the preist; pan to Rita and Dexter for a moment, looking lovingly into each other's eyes; put the ring on, kiss the bride, walk down the isle. And if Dexter knows of some major indescretion commited by the priest, he looks back at him and gives him one of his 'I'll get you later' looks.
I don't see them putting the wedding off until next season because that will be a few months later (in Dexter time) and Rita's belly would be showing, which is what she did not want. They would only put it off for some major reason, and Miguel dying is no big deal. No one really will like him when the know who he really is. (Maria will hate him for killing Ellen and lying to her like a cold blooded killer; Dex ... no need to mention; Sylvia already hates him for cheating on her (in her eyes), and will hate him more when she knows about him. No one else important cares for him.
All the possible fluff about the wedding is not good for the show. They did well by just showing a few wedding preps like the food menu plans and Rita in the dress. Even Dexter did not care to put too much emphasis on the wedding. That should say something.
I'm not saying that the wedding is not important. I do think that they should make a big deal of it. They can make a montauge (?) of great moments of before, during and after the wedding and condense it into about 3 minutes. I don't want to take anything away from Rita either. She has been Dexter's safe haven. She deserves some recognition, and I think a well put together 3 minutes would do just that.

Here's a great Dexter and Rita clip to satisfy any romantic.

"Oh, Showtime!! I adore the new show you are advertising. The United States of Tara is going to be a huge hit; I venture to say! Well done, Showtime! Bring it on!"
Toni Collette plays great roles and does them well. I'm looking forward to seeing this one. A character that has a volatile personality can definitely make any mundane situation into an ordeal. In 'About A Boy", playing the role of a suicidal and somewhat unstable person, she took several ordinary situations and blew them way out of proportion until another character (Huge Grant's) showed her how "daft' she was. (His actual word.) (A very good movie, by the way. Also in first person narrative form. like Dexter.) (One of the good things about this movie was watching how her character developed throughout the movie. I don't want to give anything away for those who haven't seen it.) So I think this show will be a hit, and she will be worth watching. Good call. (I wouldn't be surprised if she gets an Emmy nomination. You heard it here first.)

My money is on Dexter. Like he sez. It looks like I have to kill him. (I cant remember the exact quote -But it was close to this)
Dex did say that Harry was right after all. So it looks like the Harry Code is back in play.

I can see a man and Miguel is included in this. Wanting to start his own empire, and in doing so going to a place where he can be the topest dog in town. He may think he has City Freaking Hall on his side. But when the final smoke has cleared, and LaGuerta and Miami Freaken PD has spoken. Miguel may not have much more than the janitorial staff on his side.
Lets face it, La Guerta and the PD, even though they botched the BHB, will have a lot to say about Ellen's death and who is the number one suspect. It will point a lot of doubt at Miguel. He may think that being the top dog in a Puerto Rican town that does not get the Miami news very much. So he may be the I mean THE Top Dog there. and be very happy at that.
Yes I can see it. But like I said, My Money is on Dexter.
I do not think Miguel will run, But I can see it happening to someone else. If Dexter was not part of the equation.

"the skinner is a skinny little fart. I think Dex will take him."
The Skinner was able to take down Anton, a guy much bigger than Dexter, apparently just by stunning him (not by holding a gun to his head, which would be the easier option). He also would have had to get Anton from his vehicle to the skinning room. And Mario was terrified of him, a terror that seems to suggest he's been doing stuff like this long before he started skinning people. The ease by which he overcame Dexter and put him in his trunk also suggests that he shouldn't be taken lightly.

That said, if Dex is able to get his hands free and King doesn't have a stun gun or anything like that - both of which look likely - then I would favour Dex 99 times out of 100.

If Dexter doesn't free his hands, and King is ready for Dex trying to attack him as soon as the trunk is opened (with a stun gun or something else). it could be another story.

It's even more another story if there is a second abductor. If you look at the abduction in slow mo the person who hoods Dexter and the person who closes the trunk are wearing different shirts. But then again, in the previews, there only appears to be one person in the car.

"Good story except injecting anything to simulate something else is going to come out on the autopsy and tox. evaluation. Especially in a high profile death such as Miguel's. Dex is definitely going to slice and dice the skinner, but finishing off Miguel is a tough call. Miguel has enough suspicion following him that it wouldn't surprise me that an unwilling witness is dragged into this somehow and sees Dex murder Miguel but intepret it as self defense as Dex will have already set up Miguel as the killer of Ellen and hence seeking to cover his tracks. Dexter will free himself from this current situation (bachelor party is an interesting possibility) and get the skinner. He will then get back to the lab and tie evidence to Miguel and make it apparent. La Guerta will somehow be involved. Envision an ending with Dexter about to die at Miguel's hands and La Guerta has to shoot Miguel? It could happen. Lots of emotion here. Definites are this: the skinner and Miguel will be dead before season 4."
I actually don't think Dex will kill the Skinner, because there is something about Deb being in line to get her detective's shield in episode 12. To me that suggests she has arrested King rather than him being killed by Dexter or Miguel.

Also, if Dexter's escape from his abduction, the bachelor party and Dexter killing both Miguel and Skinner happen in episode 11, it doesn't leave much left for episode 12, other than the wedding and the "potentially fatal surprise", whatever that is.

So I think King will be arrested (or killed, if I'm wrong about that) in episode 12.

After the last episode I have no idea where they will go.
It looks like Ramon is about to flip out.
The Skinner may be held out for next season.
Dexter is in a real mess. Again there are too many things going on. Like all season. So what will happen, what will happen?
He will not let Ramon get the better of him This is a given, and he wants to get the skinner I think really bad.
