Apocalypstickal	Thoughts about Left turn ahead Dec 10 2007, 6:58 AM EST What a great episode. Again, leaving you on the edge of your seat. I felt really sad though in the episode when Dexter was tying up his things, and thinking of handing himself in. It was really sad, and I'm glad that he changed his mind. Lila is turning out to be such a pain in the ***! Can't believe she isnt really who she says she is, and what she did to Batista! That girl has some serious issues!! Good for Deb telling her off! But now she is at the cabin, she will surely find out Dexters secrets! Could Lila be the fall of Dex? argh she annoys me! Post reply 2 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you find this valuable? Do you? " Yes, it seemed really out of character for Dexter, not the tying up of loose ends, but the whole self-searching, introspective moments bonding with Doakes. Guess he really had to change his mind, because he is a surviver. Lila is a very dangerous being. It WAS good to see Deb being so confident and assertive...I laughed at the expressions on Lundy's and Adam's faces when Deb was praising Lundy's efforts on the task force. The scenaria for Dex telling Deb his 'secret' were also funny! Great show! Post reply Do you find this valuable?
marksgforce	2. RE: Thoughts about Left turn ahead Dec 10 2007, 10:26 PM EST have been plowing hard at the office, so haven't been on board a few days. My thought on Adams is that he is the perfect insertion into the plot at this point. Lundy is competent. Adams is not. That means in the SNAFU that follows, Dexter will be free and clear again. Loved the imagination scene at the end of last season when Dexter and Deb pranced through the throng of adoring fans for bringing in the ice truck killer. C'mon, someone's got to take out society's garbage! I just wish Doakes could see that! He cant leave Doakes alive, cuz Doakes would always be a thorn in his side. Unless Doakes kills Lila, and Angel kills Doakes i just dont see how this season can end with our Dex free and clear again. And now LaGuerta is sniffing our boy's trail.... sigh. RE: Thoughts about Left turn ahead Dec 11 2007, 8:40 PM EST i liked how the designers put lila on pink sheets in the hospital. made her look like she was an angel floating on a cloud. supported her eyelash batting and psuedo-innocent "oh, really?" tone of voice. in this episode, i wondered about the danish modern design of dexter's apartment though...i've always loved his kitchen backsplash. but the pillows on his sofa. wrong. straight men don't do throw pillows. also the lamps were tricky. dunno. not buying it unless he had a decorator in or gf do his flat, which would be out of character. we KNOW lila didn't decorate it. :-) Post reply Do you find this valuable?

RE: Thoughts about Left turn ahead Dec 11 2007, 8:45 PM EST it seems like the spoilers have killed the speculation and convo from those of us who haven't. pity. so...those of you who haven't seen it already...do you think it's lila who kills doakes? the fire explosion at the cabin in the preview makes one suspect that. RE: Thoughts about Left turn ahead Dec 11 2007, 9:22 PM EST I think LIla is certainly crazy enough to kill him, especially if she thinks it will prove to Dexter that she is really a match for him...and maybe Deb gave Dexter the sofa pillows, or he just bought the ones on display with the sofa and the furniture store...!
