I really thought they were going "that way" myself."I think Maria and Ellen were good friends and they were bonding. It hit her very hard as I am not sure she is over Doakes either. It is tough losing someone close to you and then to lose two and both to violent deaths it must be very hard. I think she is strong and smart and will rebound. Do you find this valuable? |

"I don't think Ellen and Maria will ever hook up. I just don't see it happening."However, there are two ways that this can still happen. One has to do with the autopsy, but I won't elaborate on that. The other is if Maria dies and is reunited with Ellen in one of Dexter's hallucinations. Do you find this valuable? |

It's a pity she died,not only because there was that feeling between her and La Guerta,but because she was a valuable character and quite attractive woman for the series!
