"Season four will be different because Dexter is married and Rita is pregnant. There will be the second and third trimester problems plus the delivery, if the delivery happens in season four. The number of kills per season isn't that high compared to the time frame involved so the excuses to get out of the house shouldn't be too bad, it's not like he will be doing that four or five times a week.

The issue with Deb looking into Harry's CI's will be interesting and maybe tie back to her finding out about Dexter and Brian. She may have heard something through the fog while she was tied up in the garage and it will come out.

Maybe the culprit in season four will be Deb. Her and Dex will play a cat and mouse game concerning his nightly hunts especially with LaGuerta looking for some closure with Doakes. Maybe Dex will get to kill one bad guy and setup another to take the fall! This could happen several times in fact to throw off Deb.

What if Rita had a child from the first marriage and he or she surfaces as a problem child with issues. Dexter could face dealing with someone that has tendencies and at the same time have a new baby to care for. A lot of irony involved.
