did anyone see doakes in this episode?

after quinn is talking to dexter about the sugar and they see miguel coming out of the elevator you can see doakes (or the guy who plays him) in a cop uniform by the elevator door. Do you find this valuable?

I know it's not him, but I promise you EVERY time I watch this episode, that thought crosses my mind too. He looks very similar to Doakes at first. And especially since it's just like them two in the shot, it's very peculiar. Do you find this valuable?
