Who played the friendly barrista / bludgeon victim?

Does anyone know who the actor is who played the trinitys latest victim. I recognize him as a child actor, an I will go crazy if I can't figure it out.

If it is Patrick Laboyoreaux, I think he was on Little House on the Prairie as a child (Albert).
