Dexter didn't destroy his mom's file

I'm new, this is my first post. I normally wouldn't post on something like this but I just had to because it doesn't seem like anyone else has caught this.
When Dexter was shedding "his mom's file" he was really shredding Estrella Corazo's report that he was looking at before Deb walked in. I rewound it and paused just to make sure, and sure enough that's what he did!
I think it's a bit off that he would mess up that badly. That along with his failure to destroy his mom's picture is definitely going to come back to haunt him.
Do you find this valuable?

Good catch, I didn't notice that. I wonder why he shredded the wrong file? Or was it a glitch by the crew? In any case it will be interesting to see if Deb finds the shredded picture.

You are right. On this Screenshot you can see the name:

But I think it really was a glitch by the crew. The time they are talking his hands are free. Deb puts the files on his desk. He takes the one of is mom and looks at it for some seconds and shredds all pages.
But I am pretty shure someone who shouldn't will find his moms image in his desk.

I'm still not convinced it was a crew screw-up, that would be really sloppy of them (And there was a close up of the paper while it was being shredded!) though it does seem like someone would have brought up the missing Corazo file by now. Do you find this valuable?

I'm pretty sure that he destroyed his mom's file on a previous season. If you recall, Deb had the blond haired informant take her to the house that Dexter lived in with his mom and his brother. She took her there because Deb didn't have a file on Dexter's mom and needed the blond lady to show her where Dexter's mom lived.

When Deb got there, she immediately recognized the house as the place where Brian AKA Ice Truck Killer, took her at the end of season 1.

So, I'm pretty sure that Deb did not have a file on Dexter's mother...I could be wrong but, I'm pretty sure that is the case.

Also, he can't destroy every picture of his mom. It's on file in the computer system, if I'm not mistaking.

Nice post, regardless!
